UNOPENED PRODUCTS
If you change your mind, unopened and unused products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method (minus original shipping costs, if applicable).
OPENED PRODUCTS
Because our products are personal care items, opened products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, for the health and safety of all our customers.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund — no need to return the item.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at hello@inezlaval.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with instructions within 1-2 business days.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot issue refunds for packages lost in transit back to us.
REFUND TIMING
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
